What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. We ship worldwide USPS First Class Parcel mail. Shipments within the US take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. International delivery is typically 2-4 weeks.
What is your refund policy?
Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to your credit card (shipping costs are non-refundable). Any used, opened items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable.
What is your shipping policy?
Our products are shipping domestically via U.S. Postal Service. We typically ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed and should receive them in 2-5 days depending on your location in the U.S. All of our products are shipped from California. In the event that the customer puts the incorrect shipping address on an order and it gets returned to us, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping returned.
International customers, packages are shipped via First Class International Mail, which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you package takes longer, please contact your local customs with the tracking number provided in you order, as it may be held up with duties owed. We are not responsible for customs duties that may be incurred.
Do you design everything on your site?
Yes, all of the products you see are designed and drawn by Julie at her studio.
